Steve Tayco embarked on his professional journey in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry in the Philippines in 2015. It was during this time that he met his future wife, Addie Fernandez, marking the beginning of a personal and professional partnership.

In 2024, Steve joined the MORE Group, bringing his expertise and meticulous attention to detail to the team. As the internal transaction coordinator, he is responsible for managing all transactions from the initial stages to the successful completion of escrow. His role ensures that every step of the process is handled with precision and efficiency, contributing to the smooth operation of the team's endeavors.

Steve's responsibilities extend beyond transaction coordination. He is instrumental in pre-listing preparation, and developing systems and processes that streamline operations.

Additionally, he is always ready to take on any administrative tasks, providing comprehensive support wherever needed.
