Addie Fernandez, a dedicated and experienced virtual assistant, hails from the Philippines. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) in 2015. She began her professional journey at an outsourcing company, where she honed her skills in administrative and technical support.

In 2017, Addie joined The Winfield Group, now known as MORE Group, where she has become an invaluable asset. Her primary responsibility is managing Travis's schedule and ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency. Beyond this, Addie adeptly handles a wide array of administrative tasks and social media management, and even steps in as a transaction coordinator when needed, showcasing her versatility and commitment to excellence.

On a personal note, Addie is the eldest sibling, with a younger brother who looks up to her as a role model. In 2024, she married Steve Tayco, who has also become a vital part of the team, serving as their internal transaction coordinator.

Addie's blend of technical acumen, organizational prowess, and dedication to her work makes her a cornerstone of the MORE Group and a trusted partner in all administrative endeavors.
